We offer a wide range of interfaces for data exchange. The goal is to minimize needless multiple entries – across the different programs and free of transmission errors. In addition to standard interfaces, our Exchange interface and the connection of our systems to the learning platforms Moodle and Ilias, we provide numerous other interfaces to well-known programs such as DATEV, Lexware, SAP, etc.
So far, we provide two apps for our solutions for different user groups:
The App Education has been specially developed for students and further education participants. With it, all important information and appointments for training and further education is bundled on your smartphone. This includes, for example, the timetable, practical instructions, appointments and messages.
The App Trainer makes communication between the administration and the trainers mobile. Messages and appointments can be easily interchanged and sent to instructors and practical trainers by push notification.
Both are possible. We offer installation on your own servers as well as Software as a Service. Please contact us for an individually tailored offer.
Data can be exchanged very easily and fuss-free with our Interface Manager. This works so smoothly because we are able to adapt to your system to import the data.
Our solutions can easily be adapted to your requirements and wishes. Some of the possibilities:
- Just create the fields, check boxes or selection lists that you need
- Define your own task templates
- Change evaluation templates or create your own templates (ex. for evaluating trainees, employee review forms, qualification evaluations)
- Create reports for evaluations, performance reports, lists, etc.
- Customize forms to your needs (ex. registration forms, application forms)
- Even the front end (easySoft. Publish) can be expanded to include further menu items. This makes it possible to have all your most important functions right on the homepage.
Since our solutions are already available in their entirety and with all functions, you can generally start working productively within a few weeks. Most of our customers have been operational within 3 to 6 months.
Most projects begin with on-site workshops and project support. For on-going activities or to train new employees, we also offer Academy courses at three locations (Berlin, Bretten, Essen) on all topics.
In addition, we provide online tutorials on various topics, allowing you to expand your knowledge from the comfort of your own office.
Yes. There is an annual user conference with various lectures and workshops but more importantly, it offers you the chance to exchange experiences and practical tips with other users and easySoft employees.
In addition, our user work groups take place at regular intervals, where we can discuss experiences, new possibilities and even desired functions in detail.
There are user work groups for the health sector as well as the industry and trade sectors.
Development is carried out in very agile 3-week sprints, so a new version is available every 3-4 weeks. However, not all updates need to be installed. You decide yourself when to upgrade to a newer version. If you are uncertain which version is right for you, a member of our technical support team will be happy to advise you.
Our solutions are all-in-one versions and adapt to your needs. All new features and solutions that we develop are thus available in the corresponding version to all of our customers. As a result, you benefit from the suggestions, ideas and developments of over 1,473 customers. And should you not need a new development, simply hide the corresponding function.
Technical and content support is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. If the support line is busy, you can leave your question with another member of staff and you will be called back – no need to lose precious time on hold.
