Success is Manageable – Further Education in the easySoft Academy

Give your employees the opportunity to take part in training courses and get to know our software solutions even better. Attend hands-on seminars at the easySoft Academy in Essen and Bretten. Throughout the year, our Academy offers seminars focusing on interesting aspects of the easySoft management systems. These seminars can be booked individually, in a package deal, in a flat-rate deal or mix and match.

For beginners, new employees and experienced users alike, rest assured: if you sign up for one of the 8-hour training courses, you will return to your workplace with fresh new ideas and effective tips. Nothing against studying the manuals – but a person-to-person course is a completely different experience.

User Conference

An Exchange of Information that Inspires

It is for you, our users, that we continue to develop our solutions for education management, seminar management and human resource development. Therefore, it is of utmost importance for us to keep the lines of communication open with you. The annual user conference is one of the building blocks for an ongoing and constructive dialogue.

Experience a dynamic forum. Speak with other users or discuss your experiences and ideas with easySoft employees. For two days, the focus is on an in-depth exchange of information in an inspiring atmosphere.

The 20th user conference will take place May 22-23, 2019.

In addition to tips and program support, the easySoft HelpCenter also offers you the opportunity to exchange information with other users in a facilitated forum. All customers with a valid software maintenance contract have around-the-clock access.

You can start your support query directly via the portal. then you will immediately receive an individual ticket number, which allows you to exchange information with easySoft employees quickly and easily.
